Dr. LaDrina Wilson, founder and CEO of Iman Consulting, is a Leadership Trainer and Coach, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant, Professional Development Speaker, and a highly sought-after community leader and advisor. She is deeply committed to inspiring true inclusive leadership and was recently named, Quad Cities Regional Business Journal’s 2022 Most Influential Leader in the Region.

She has a true passion for fostering authentic conversations and has led the development of Iman’s approach to creating tailored DEI strategies and initiatives that effect change. Her service and her executive leadership have prepared her to meet the needs of diverse industries that seek to grow their leadership pipeline and improve their inclusion practices. She has experience working with sectors and industries that have included corporate, public sector, 501(c)3 and 501(c)6 non-profits, philanthropic organizations, higher education, and regional health systems.

LaDrina earned her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at Iowa State University, Master’s in Education from Western Illinois University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Public Relations and Advertising from Northern Arizona University. She currently holds executive leadership roles with the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce as its CEO, Quad Cities Community Foundation as its Vice Board Chair, and the Regional Development Authority as a Board Member.

Ken Morris, Jr., CDE®, IDI®-QA

Ken Morris, Jr. CDE®, IDI®-QA is the Chief Diversity Officer at Ankeny Community School District. Ken has a wide variety of experience with diversity, equity and inclusion that spans PK-12 through public and private colleges and universities. Ken is a sought-after speaker and facilitator; he has presented nationally at the Council of Chief State School Officers conference and most recently at Iowa’s Ideas 2022 and Iowa Association of School Boards Annual Convention.

He’s had leadership roles in diversity offices and has worked as a student services professional. While working in student services Ken co-authored a chapter in the “New Directions for Student Services” publication called “Making Meaning through Multicultural Initiatives.” Ken earned his certified diversity executive (CDE) credential through the Institute of Diversity Certification, he also is a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). Ken is a member of the 6th Judicial District Cultural Competency Advisory Board and served as a commissioner for the Iowa Commission on the Status of African Americans which is a division of the Iowa Department of Human Rights

Ken is a doctoral candidate in Education at Drake University, he earned his Master’s in Educational Leadership from Western Illinois University and Bachelor’s degree in Art from Monmouth College. He is currently a board member of Ankeny Community Network. He previously held a board position at The Academy of Scholastic and Personal Success and was a volunteer on the St. Luke’s Patient Family Advisory Council.

Jason Woods, EdD

Facilitator & Leadership Coach

Dr. Jason Woods comes is currently serving as the Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management at St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota. He has over 23 years of enrollment- and student life- related experience in higher education. Dr. Woods earned his doctoral degree in 2013 in Higher Education and Organizational Change from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa and his Master's degree from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa. His areas of focus are recruitment, retention and leadership development of post-secondary students, faculty and staff while utilizing and diversity, equity and inclusion lens.

Dr. Woods has served as the associate vice president for student services and the interim director of undergraduate admissions at Western Illinois University. In this role he has created and implemented the overall recruitment plan for the university and directly oversees student service units including The Women’s Center, Career Development Center, Veterans Resources Center and others. Prior to Western, he previously served as Dean of Admission and Financial Planning at Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. He also held increasingly responsible positions in admissions for Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa and Ashford University in Clinton, Iowa. He has taught as adjunct faculty and was the men’s and women’s soccer coach for Wartburg College from 2000-2005, and co-founded the Intercultural Allies for Higher Education (IAHE), which brings college leaders and students together to collaborate about intercultural practices.

Michael Dixon, CDSP, IDI®-QA

Michael Dixon, CDSP, IDI®-QA, is focused on providing guidance about diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at colleges and universities, not-for-profit organizations, and corporations. Michael has more than 18 years of experience in higher education, primarily focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and strategy for more than 10 colleges and universities. His research interests include diversity, equity, inclusion, social justice, anti-racism, multicultural and and Divine 9 fraternities, and sororities, and multiraciality.

Michael has co-authored a chapter “I am Black and… Complexities of being a Marginalized Multiracial Higher Education and Student Affairs Professional in Times of Heightened Racial Tensions” in the book Preparing for Higher Education’s Mixed Race Future: Why Multiraciality Matters (Johnston-Guerrero, Combs, & Malaney-Brown, 2022). Michael earned his certified diversity sourcing professional (CDSP) credential from Brain Gain. He currently serves as a trustee member and treasurer for the American College Personnel Association (ACPA) Foundation through 2026.

Michael is a doctoral candidate at Indiana State University. He earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy and race from North Carolina State University and went on to earn his master’s degree in college student affairs leadership from Grand Valley State University. He is a 10+ year member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. He is also a member of Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Fraternity, Mu Beta Psi, a musical honorary fraternity, and Phi Sigma Pi Honor Fraternity. Michael and his partner, Ali, reside in Monroe Township, Pennsylvania, and have two children, Michael III, age 9, and Quincy, age 6.

Anamaria Rocha

Anamaria Rocha, Business Manager and Facilitator for Iman Consulting, has dedicated her career to supporting the economic empowerment and financial growth of minority communities.  Her work in the government and nonprofit sector has helped establish equitable entrepreneurial ecosystems in communities in the Midwest region.  Her strategic leadership has led to over 25+ businesses experiencing a collective growth of nearly $1 million. Equally as important to the economic impact of her leadership is her deep rooted connection to sense of community. Recently, she helped create the definition of “mano a mano asistencia,” a unique term that is used to define the relevant needs of the Latinx business community in the state of Illinois with the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.

Anamaria has a passion to help increase access, promote inclusivity, and support diversity. Growing up as a child translator instilled a passion in her for connecting people to resources by simplifying processes and simplifying communication to increase access to opportunities. Through her work in community and economic development, Anamaria has demonstrated an ability to bridge gaps in access and has developed diverse employment pipelines for organizations that seek to have a more inclusive workforce.

Anamaria uses her professional experience and her community service to advance diversity, equity, inclusion and social justice. Her thought-leadership and strategic approach to implementing solutions earned her the following designations: 2022, Quad Cities Business Journal’s 40 under 40; 2018, Moline Preservation Society Outstanding Educational Achievement for Researching, Writing and Creating Moline’s Downtown Heritage Based Tour; and 2016, State of Illinois Team Excellence Award for Public Outreach and Education.

Her board service includes: Quad Cities Chamber Talent Advisory Committee and the Quad Cities Symphony Diversity Task Force.
