Jason Woods, EdD
Dr. Jason Woods, a highly skilled facilitator and coach, has over 25 years of leadership experience and organizational change management. He has a proven track record of optimizing organizational effectiveness to achieve strategic goals. He currently provides leadership training in the education, business and non-profit sectors.
Dr. Woods earned his doctoral degree in 2013 in Higher Education and Organizational Change from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois, a Master's degree from the University of Northern Iowa and a Bachelor’s degree from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. His areas of focus are leadership, identity development, employee coaching and strategic planning.
Dr. Woods has served in many capacities in his higher education experience. These positions range from athletics coaching, teaching and administration. He currently serves as the Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management at St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota in addition to his role at Iman Consulting.
In 2007, Dr. Woods co-founded the Intercultural Allies for Higher Education (IAHE), which brings college leaders and students together to collaborate on belonging practices within the workplace. Dr. Woods works to ensure all of his coaching and facilitation sessions are brief but effective, relevant and remembered, while energizing and enlightening participants.
