Emily Codling is the Product Development Specialist at Iman Consulting. A native of the Quad Cities and a graduate of Western Illinois University, Emily brings a unique set of skills and experience to Iman, having spent more than a decade in Seattle, WA, working in production management. During her time as a production manager at a Seattle-based design studio, Emily developed a custom inventory system to track the progress, cost, and inventory control of each item produced.

In 2021, she returned to the Quad Cities and began working at the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce in Talent Development. It was there that she started working with Iman Consulting on the Chamber’s LeadershipQC program, assisting with the early development and implementation of the program. Her exceptional contributions to the organization led to a swift promotion within the company, ultimately becoming the Executive Director of Human Resources and Executive Services, where she specialized in HR compliance and the refinement of policies in a rapidly changing workplace landscape. Known for her strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail, Emily excels in every aspect of her work. In addition to her professional achievements, she enjoys family life with her husband and their daughter in Rock Island, Illinois.
