Angelica Villarreal (she/her/ella) is a passionate and dedicated Project Manager at IMAN Consulting, LLC., bringing over 15 years of experience working with diverse youth and families across the Quad Cities region. Angelica holds a Bachelor's degree in Bilingual/Bicultural and English as a Second Language Education and a Master’s degree in Educational Studies from Western Illinois University in Moline, Illinois. Angelica's professional journey is grounded in a commitment to equity, social justice,and advocacy, with a particular focus on serving culturally and linguistically diverse populations.

Her approach is deeply informed by a collective impact model and a socio-cultural justice lens, ensuring that all learners and community members are valued, supported, and equipped with the tools to succeed. Her extensive experience includes roles as an English Language Learning Instructor, Dual Language Spanish Teacher and Instructional Coach, and Family & Community Engagement Specialist. Angelica remains an active leader within her local community where she currently serves on the Human Rights Commission for the City of Moline and as the LGBTQ+ Chair for LULAC Council #5285. In 2024, she proudly graduated from the first cohort of the Quad Cities Regional Lideramos Leadership Program.
